this tiny little snippet of a girl is a fashion maverick. how have i not come across her blog before? (http://tavi-thenewgirlintown.blogspot.com/) she's incredibly well-versed in fashion and the arts, has a daring sense of style, is an artist, and has even produced her own zine. not to mention has been graced by the presence of carine roitfeld, the mulleavy sisters etc. etc. etc. or they have been graced by her presence. oh, and did i mention she's 13? how precocious!
